“Regional Effect” shows the estimated difference between pilot and non-pilot areas, with non-pilot districts used as the baseline. “Time Effect” shows the estimated difference between pre- and post-treatment time periods. “Pilot Effect” gives the estimated impact of the pilot. “Time trend” assumes a linear time trend. “District Fixed Effects” include dummy variables for each of four districts. “Month Fixed Effects” include dummy variables for each of 47 months.
