Thermography analysis of cluster movement of different honey bee (Apis mellifera) subspecies during two Swedish winters

The dataset contains all original thermography images taken with the FLIR Camera (Teledyne, Type TG165, Imaging IR Thermometer). The format of the image is .bmp. The data is sorted into different folders, one per month and five per year. Year one is winter season 2020-2021 (November to March). Year two is winter 2021-2022 (November-March). Each hive was photographed from each side (back, right, front, left). Each image has an individual number. US stands for Uddevalla, then three or four letters for the colony name (alternative entire name) and then the subspecies (MEL: Apis mellifera mellifera; LIG: Apis m. ligustica; CAR: Apis m. carnica; Buck: A. m. x). Year one contains of 319 photographs and year two of 308 photographs.
