Hospitals are the spearhead of development and community services, but not all of them have the same service and quality standards. With the increasing number of hospitals and the high demands of the community for quality and affordable health facilities, hospitals are trying to survive in the midst of increasingly fierce competition and meet these demands. (1) Health services are said to be of high quality and can increase service user satisfaction if the perceived service is appropriate. with expected services. (2) From the results of patient complaints recapitulation carried out during 2012 at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar Bali. There are several types of services and infrastructure that still cause complaints for patients, namely 57.14% of patient complaints regarding medical service problems (including communication and patient handling), 33.33% environmental condition problems, 4.76% infrastructure problems, and 4. 76% interaction condition problems.
