Pre and post disaster model for a flood event: Rio Tula, Hidalgo State, Mexico

In the first spreadsheet distances in kilometers are shown of the possible shelters to the the municipal presidencies (town halsl) that can serve as collection and distribution centers. Distances are in kilometers and were obtained from google maps. In the second spreadsheet, the upper table shows the solution that uses the original demand, showing people who will be evacuated from the municipal presidencies to the shelters. Both the demand of each region is considered such as the capacity of the shelters and the distance to each of them. Not all shelters were used. The Table below shows the time in hours required to evacuate if 5, 10, 15 and 20 vans are assigned to each municipal presidency, with a capacity of 15 passengers each; in addition to the vans required to evacuate in 3, 5 or 8 hours. <br> In the third spreadsheet, the upper table shows the solution that uses the demand decreased in 10%, showing people who will be evacuated from the municipal presidencies to the shelters. In the fourth spreadsheet, the upper table shows the solution that uses the demand increased in 10%, showing people who will be evacuated from the municipal presidencies to the shelters. <br>
