Brazil: CSN steel sales 2018, by market

In 2018, more than five million metric tons of steel were sold by Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) in Brazil, out of which nearly 66 percent (around 3.3 million tons) were purchased in the Brazilian market. Headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, CSN is the country's second largest steel manufacturer, and also operates in the segments of mining, cement, logistics and energy. In 2018, the metallurgy segment generated 68 percent of the company's net revenue.
