RNA sequencing of mouse dendritic cells in Aire-reporter strain

Bulk RNA-seq analysis of mouse dendritic cells (DCs) in Aire-reporter strain (AGF-KI: human AIRE and GFP-Flag tag knock-in). Aire+ DCs and Aire- DCs were isolated from lymph nodes and bone marrow, using Aire-sufficient (+/KI) and Aire-deficient background (-/KI). Overall design: AGF+ and AGF- LNDCs were isolated from lymph node cells gated for CD45+CD11c+MHCII+ fraction. AGF+ and AGF- BMDCs were isolated from bone marrow cells gated for B220-CD24+CD11b-/low fraction and B220-CD11c+MHCII+ fraction, respectively. All samples were isolated from 6 weeks old male mice on C57BL/6 strain.
