This project contains PacBio long-read RNA-seq (Iso-Seq) data generated from five plant species in the tribe Spiraeeae (Rosaceae). Raw subreads and circular consensus (HiFi/CCS) reads were produced to support comparative transcriptomic analyses of gene expression and transcript structure across species with contrasting leaf morphologies. These data were generated to investigate transcriptomic divergence and potential adaptive mechanisms among closely related plant taxa.
