"Networked microgrids are one of the emerging technologies that focus on connecting neighboring microgrids to give a reliable power supply, and are used for black start for emerging loads. For the reliability analysis of networked microgrids, various conditions and features are examined using new tools.This dataset presents a comprehensive foundation for fault detection in networked microgrid (NMG) systems, comprising 10,000 samples with 60 engineered features. It captures diverse operating conditions, including 8 system modes, 58 fault locations, multiple fault types (LG, LL, LLG, LLLG), and varying fault resistances. Electrical measurements such as phase currents, voltages, sequence components, harmonics, and statistical indicators are integrated with system-level parameters and fault descriptors. Designed for machine learning applications, the dataset enables robust training, validation, and testing of adaptive protection schemes, supporting accurate fault classification, localization, and severity assessment in complex microgrid environments."
