This study evaluated the extent and profile of various types of fluorotelomer-based PFAS biodegradation by soil enrichment cultures grown by different groups of carbon sources. Along with the biodegradation patterns of the evaluated PFAS, microbial community and functional gene relevance with the PFAS biodegradation patterns were also evaluated.
