Derived analytical datasets, figure-source data, R scripts, and quality-assurance materials supporting a secondary ecological analysis of Global Burden of Disease Study 2023 estimates for ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease across 204 countries and territories from 1990 to 2023. Raw IHME/GBD download files are not redistributed. The deposited materials support reproducibility of the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
