资源简介:
Aeromonas salmonicida is gram-negative and belongs to the genus Aeromonas in the family Aeromonadaceae, and is the only non-motile species in the genus Aeromonas. It is widely found in the aquatic environment and is a fish pathogen, which can be transmitted through various routes such as mouth, gills and blood, causing fish furunculosis and bacterial sepsis. In recent years, with the rapid economic and social development, water pollution incidents (eutrophication, excessive heavy metals, abuse of antibiotics, etc.) have occurred frequently, resulting in the emergence of a variety of new subtypes and the expansion of the host range year by year, which has also posed a huge threat to the aquaculture of other marine and freshwater fish worldwide. In 2019, infection of crucian carp by a novel type of Aeromonas salmonicide was reported for the first time. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the pathogenic mechanism of Aeromonas salmonicide and find effective ways to prevent or treat infection with Aeromonas salmonicide in freshwater fish.
