Microbiome in human breast cancer primary tumour tissue on RNA-seq data

Metatranscriptomic data from RNA-seq of human primary tumours of breast and normal tissue controls (reads mapping to human genome hg38 were dropped from the datasets). Study aimed to characterize microbiome of breast tumours and find differences between breast tumour and normal tissue microbiome and differences between various breast cancer phenotypes as well (based on CTC presence, molecular subtype, HR, HER2, Ki67, p53, T stage, N stage, tumour grading).
