The Global Indicators of Regulatory Governance project examines how policymakers engage with stakeholders during the regulatory process that impacts business communities. This project provides insights into the legal frameworks that enable stakeholder participation in rulemaking and captures practices that go beyond legal requirements.
Scoring Criteria for Publication of Forward Regulatory Plans(/1):
- Publication of forward regulatory plans - Yes – Throughout Government: 0.75
- Publication of forward regulatory plans - Yes – Some Ministries/Regulatory Agencies: 0.5
- Publication of forward regulatory plans - No: 0
- Publicly Available - Yes: 0.25
- Publicly Available - No: 0
The maximum possible score is 1, which is achieved if the publication of forward regulatory plans is done throughout the government and is made publicly available.
