资源简介:
This dataset contains several videos recorded using an IMX219—V2 camera module mounted on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 30 FPS. The videos were captured as part of an Optical Camera Communication (OCC) system evaluation under diverse environmental conditions.
The OCC system used four Arduino Nano 33 IoT boards, each one connected to a different LED colour (red, green, blue or white), as transmitters. The aforementioned camera acted as the receiver. The information was modulated using On-Off Keying (OOK) modulation, and the videos recorded all possible data frames (1 byte of information – 256 possible frames).
Recordings were made across three distinct scenarios:
Indoor Scenario: Conducted along a 32 m corridor under controlled lighting conditions. Three videos were recorded, varying exposure time and sensitivity settings to evaluate the algorithm's performance under different lighting conditions.
Outdoor Daytime Scenario: A 7–8 m link range was established. Three videos were captured during bright daylight conditions, varying exposure time and sensitivity settings to evaluate the algorithm's performance under different lighting conditions.
Outdoor Night-time Scenario: Conducted over distances ranging from 45 m to 75 m during low-light night-time conditions. One video was recorded.
In all the videos, the transmitters occupy only a single pixel or a few pixels in the image (sub-pixel OCC conditions).
