Dataset for the Comparative Nonlinear Seismic Response of Fixed-Base and Lead-Rubber-Isolated RC Building Systems

This dataset supports the study comparing the nonlinear seismic response of fixed-base and lead-rubber-isolated reinforced-concrete building systems. It includes the final ETABS models, processed response outputs, absolute joint accelerations, joint displacements, story drifts, story forces, base reactions, modal properties, torsional-response indicators, and lead-rubber bearing force-deformation results. The models were analyzed using nonlinear direct-integration response-history analysis under the 1999 Kocaeli earthquake record obtained from the Arcelik station. Ground-motion metadata, scaling information, model notes, load-case definitions, units, figures, and a complete file manifest are provided to support verification and reproduction of the reported results. The original PEER ground-motion file is not redistributed and can be obtained from the official PEER database using RSN 1148.
