HFMD Transmission Determinants: Meteorological, Behavioral & Social Data

This integrated dataset was sourced from official channels including the China Statistical Yearbooks, National Meteorological Administration archives, and Baidu Index public databases, covering Guangzhou, China from 2013 to 2020. Raw daily records of pediatric HFMD cases, meteorological variables (humidity, atmospheric pressure, sunshine duration, etc.), and Baidu search indices for HFMD-related keywords were subsequently aggregated into weekly resolution for temporal alignment. All data processing, statistical analysis, and modeling were performed using RStudio (v4.1.0) and MATLAB (R2018a), with the complete analytical code provided in the supplementary ZIP archive. The curated data remain publicly accessible for academic purposes.
