Application of annotation-agnostic RNA sequencing data analysis tools for biomarker discovery in liquid biopsy.

We demonstrate an agnostic method to identify transcribed fragments from small Rna-Seq data using ALS patients and healthy donor’s plasma. Overall design: Plasma Extracellular Vesicles were isolated using Vn96 from Control donor plasma and ALS patients.
