Surface elevation changes of western Antarctic Peninsula and surrounding islands since 1989
收藏资源简介:
We present three decades of surface elevation changes for a group of glaciers on the western Antarctic Peninsula (203 glaciers covering 9,154 km2; 66°–68°S) between 1989 and 2020. The source DEMs for 1989 are taken from Thota et al. 2026, and recent surfaces are extracted from REMA strip DEMs (Howat et al. 2022). The median acquisition dates of the earliest and latest REMA strip DEMs fall within the austral summer seasons 2015/16 and 2019/20. Elevation change rates were calculated using the exact acquisition dates of the individual DEM strips contributing to each mosaic. We provide data in 10 m grid spacing; all elevation change rate values are in meters per year. Dates are expressed in YYYYMMDD Three dh/dt rasters, i.e., 1989-2016,1989-2020,2016-2020 Two date rasters of time series REMA DEMs with median dates 2016-01-18 and 2019-12-13
