Results from differential expression analysis of genes from retinal explants supplemented with 25 mM versus 5 mM glucose. Results fit a quasi-likelihood (QL) negative binomial generalized log-linear model (GLM) from the normalized count data. Log2 fold-change results are indicated in logFC column. False discovery rate (FDR) indicates the Benjamini-Hochberg false discovery rate of the GLM QL fit. Columns 5 mM_CPM_mean and 25 mM_CPM_mean are the mean gene expression values in gene counts per million (CPM) mapped reads. (XLSX)
