Soil and fish gut microbial community in Rice-fish co-culture

Rice-fish symbiotic culture systems,foster mutualistic interactions among diverse biological components to acquire more food, high-quality protein and economic income. The microbial connection in the symbiotic system is little known, especially the link between soil microbiome and fish gut microbiota. Herein, we tried to evaluate the relationship between soil and gut microbiota in rice-fish symbiotic ecosystem by using 16s rDNA amplicon sequencing.
