NHLBI TOPMed - NHGRI CCDG: Hispanic Community Health Study/Study of Latinos (HCHS/SOL)

This study contains whole genome sequence data. A case-control sample of individuals from the Hispanic Community Health Study/Study of Latinos (HCHS/SOL), a multicenter prospective cohort study of 16,415 persons of Cuban, Dominican, Mexican, Puerto Rican, Central American, and South American background ([phs000810](study.cgi?study_id=phs000810)), was selected for whole genome sequencing, including participants with a history of physician-diagnosed asthma and asthma-free participants.
