The immunotoxicity of Dibenzo[def,p]chrysene (DBC) was investigated following acute exposure of adult Muta™Mouse males by oral gavage. Mice were exposed to 0, 2, 6.3 and 20.0 mg DBC /kg-bw per day, for three days. Global gene expression changes were measured in bone marrow 24 hours after the last exposure.
