In this study, we use Cas9 to knockout individual genes in the genome, then use these mutant lines to investigate the functions of these secretin-like peptides and receptors, which will not only help us have a better understanding of the functions of their homologies in vertebrates, but also provide novel insights into the origin and evolution of Secretin-like genes from invertebrates to vertebrates.The data is mainly about the images and physical measurement of studied animals. The data about physical measurement of studied animals is integrated into Excel files.
