Complete WAAFLE contig classification and LGT profile output for: Microbial transmission and ecology of human and environmental microbial communities in childcare centers

Complete WAAFLE v1.0 output for all four pooled metagenomes (Drain2, Drain7, pooled Oral, pooled Soil) from the BMC Microbiome submission "Microbial transmission and ecology of human and environmental microbial communities in childcare centers." Contents (16 files):- *.lgt.tsv: LGT-positive contigs (long-read assembly)- *.no_lgt.tsv: non-LGT background contigs (long-read assembly)- *_S*_L001.lgt.qc_pass.tsv: LGT-positive contigs from short-read assembly, post-QC- *_S*_L001.no_lgt.tsv: non-LGT background contigs (short-read assembly)- pfam_lgt_enrichment_results.tsv: derived Pfam enrichment table (also Additional file 9 of the manuscript) A condensed LGT-positive merge of these files is provided as Additional file 8 of the manuscript. This Zenodo deposit contains the complete background needed to reproduce LGT rate calculations and Pfam enrichment analyses.
