The influence of leadership styles on job satisfaction amongst employees at a landscaping organisation in the Cape Metropolis.

Ethical Clearance reference number: 2022_FBMSREC 049This study was done at a Landscaping organisation in Cape Town. Cape Town has more than 50 Landscaping organisations. The participants in this study are based in Cape Town and only one landscaping company in Cape Town was chosen. There were 110 participants who willingly answered all questions in the survey that was used to collect data. The survey had 3 sections, the biography, Likert scale and open ended questions.
