Krüppel-like factor 5 rewires NANOG regulatory network to activate human morulablastocyst specific LTR7Y and promote naïve pluripotency [scRNA-seq]

Single cell transcriptome profiling of human naïve embryonic stem cells. Overall design: Analyzing transcriptional profiles of naïve hESCs using scRNA-seq. Naïve hESCs were grown in the FINE medium in hypoxia conditions (5% O2, 5% CO2).We generated chromium single cell 3' v3.1 libraries from naive hESCs and sequenced them using Illumina Novaseq platform.
