Dataset for AHP _ Social Vulnerability Index Construction _ INHAVIT Project

This dataset contains the raw responses from an expert survey conducted to assign weights to 15 indicators of social vulnerability within three dimensions (D1, D2, D3), using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A total of 60 experts from civil engineering, architecture, sociology, and geography participated. The data are structured as follows: Rows: Each row corresponds to one expert. The first column labeled 'Expert's Responses', indicates the expert number (from 1 to 60). Columns: Each column represents one of the 24 pairwise comparison questions. The first row includes the full text of these questions, which each expert had to answer. Responses: For each question, experts first indicated which of the two parameters was more important (qualitative choice) and then provided a score on Saaty’s 1–9 scale to express the strength of that preference (quantitative rating). These responses were later used to construct the AHP matrices and calculate indicator weights.
