Chm13 cells were cultured in the presence of DNMT1 inhibitor GSK-3484862 to induce genome-wide demethylation of 5-methylcytosine. Here we compared estimated copy numbers for rDNA between treated and untreated chm13 samples to assess the impact of treatment on copy number instability. The pipeline CONKORD V7 was used to produce CN estimates.
