RNAsequencing describing the transcriptional landscape of cancer cells isolated from E0771 tumors from lean or obese animals

The goal of this study is to compare the gene expression profiles of cancer cells isolated from tumors arising in lean or obese animals. Overall design: E0771 Cells expressing mCherry flourescent protein were orthotopically implanted into the mammary fat pad of lean or obese animals. At midpoint (14 days after implantation) or endpoint (21 days after implantation) tumors were dissociated and mcherry positive cancer cells were isolated using FACS. Cancer cells from each tumor were collected and processed.
