This dataset is based on the national data collection operation on the professional integration of Masters graduates in France. It includes survey data from the 2010 and 2011 cohorts, collected 30 months after graduation (in December 2012 for the 2010 cohort and December 2013 for the 2011 cohort). The dataset covers metrics such as employment rate, salary, job stability, and other variables related to the professional integration of Masters graduates. The employment rate is defined as the percentage of graduates employed in the labor market, calculated for French nationals from initial training who entered the labor market immediately after graduation. Salary data includes net monthly salary (with bonuses) and estimated gross annual salary. Data was collected by universities under a charter to ensure comparability, with overall coordination by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. Data quality is affected by response rates; results from universities with low response rates (below 30%) or too few respondents (less than 30) are not published, and those with response rates below 50% are marked as fragile results. Additional variables include response count, response rate, discipline weight, employment type, regional unemployment rate, and more. Supplementary data sources include scholarship graduate percentages, regional unemployment rates (INSEE), and regional median salaries (INSEE DADS). The dataset can be used to analyze trends and factors influencing the professional integration of Masters graduates.
