The fungal diversity of different fermentation times were comprehensively analyzed and the correlation between microbial communities and environmental factors in different fermentation times were also investigated. Especially, the correlation between the accumulation of BA and bacterial abundance in grasshopper sub shrimp paste was evaluated for samples taken from different times of fermentation.
