Collagen V1 mediated integrin signaling regulates clonal muscle growth via the generation of a dominant stem cell niche

This dataset contains bulk RNA sequencing data generated from isolated muscle stem cells in zebrafish using the TgBAC(pax3:GFP); TgBAC(meox1:mCherry) double transgenic line. This line was validated to accurately label growth muscle stem cells within the external cell layer (ECL). GFP⁺, mCherry⁺ muscle stem cells were isolated from skeletal muscle tissues at four developmental stages — 6, 26, 50, and 90 days post-fertilization (dpf) — representing key points across the drift process of muscle growth. Total RNA was extracted from these sorted populations, and bulk RNA sequencing was performed to profile gene expression dynamics throughout zebrafish muscle stem cell maturation and aging.
