Zusammenfassung: Der Artikel setzt die von Eva Jaeggi (Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft, 4, 87–95, 2014) begonnenen Überlegungen zur Feminisierung von Psychotherapie fort. Er fokussiert auf die Situation in den Ausbildungsgängen zur Psychotherapeutin und zum Psychotherapeuten, in denen fast 80 % weibliche Kandidatinnen zu finden sind. Was das für die Teilnehmer_innen1, für die Lehrtherapeut_innen und die Ausbildungseinrichtungen bedeutet, wird hier skizziert und führt zum Schluss, dass ein Festhalten an der Gleichverteilung von weiblichen und männlichen Lehrenden zumindest in den Gruppenselbsterfahrungen nicht angebracht ist. Die in jeder Konstellation erwachsenden Gender-Dynamiken zu reflektieren, ist unumgänglich.Schlüsselwörter: Psychotherapie, Psychotherapieausbildung, Gender, Feminisierung von Psychotherapie Summary: This article pursues the reflections initiated by Eva Jaeggi (Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft, 4, 87–95, 2014) on the feminisation of psychotherapy. It focuses on the situation in training courses of psychotherapeutic candidates, in which nearly 80% of the participants are female. What this means for the candidates, the teaching therapists and the training institutes is outlined here. This leads to the main conclusion that we cannot stick to a balanced ratio of female to male teaching therapists in group self-awareness trainings and that the reflection of gender dynamics has to take place in all possible gender combinations.Keywords: Psychotherapy, psychotherapy training, gender, feminisation of psychotherapy Riassunto: L'articolo espone il proseguimento delle riflessioni iniziate da Eva Jaeggi nel 2014 sulla femminilizzazione della psicoterapia. È incentrato sulla situazione dei corsi di studi per diventare psicoterapeuta, i quali sono frequentati quasi per l'80% da candidate donne. L'articolo descrive a grandi linee cosa ciò significhi per le/i partecipanti, per le/i docenti di terapia e per gli organismi di formazione giungendo alla conclusione che non è appropriato persistere con una distribuzione uniforme di insegnanti donne e uomini, almeno per quanto riguarda il lavoro di gruppo sulla propria persona.
