Filling in the blanks: <i>In silico</i> prediction of novel type III secreted effectors in the <i>Pseudomonas syringae</i> species complexitled Item

This dataset contains the Phase I analysis output from Effectidor2, used for the refinement and classification of predicted Type III secreted effectors (T3SEs) across 57 <i>Pseudomonas syringae</i> genomes, as part of a tripartite workflow developed to identify high-confidence novel T3SE candidates. The Excel file summarizes AUPRC-based rankings and the grouping of ORFs into four groups: “Known T3SEs,” “Unlikely novel T3SEs,” “Putative novel T3SEs,” and “Unlikely T3SEs.”
