Bulk RNA-sequencing of sorted CD8 T cells from recent-onset T1D subjects treated with alefacept. 30 recent-onset T1D subjects were enrolled in the T1DAL trial of alefacept. Blood draws were taken at baseline (pre-treatment) and weeks 11, 24, 35, 52, 78 and 104 post-treatment. CD8 T cells were FACS-sorted and analyzed by bulk RNA-sequencing.
