资源简介:
This dataset was collected due to the Three-factor eating questionnaire (TFEQ) validation in the Russian sample and composed of three groups. All data were collected from university students in Stavropol Krai, Russia, and primarily studied at the North-Caucasus federal university. Respondents were surveyed in 2019-2020 years. The data includes results from 3 samples: (1) The main (experimental group) of 213 respondents. They were surveyed by: a. The unified version of TFEQ (51 items, TFEQ-51-Ru-mod). This version was radically shortened through structural equation modeling (SEM) to the validated model of 15 items (TFEQ-Ru15) with quite better psychometric characteristics b. Morosanova’s Self-Regulation Profile Questionnaire (SRQM, in Russian) was used for assessing cognitive-operational competencies and regulatory-personal features: goals planning, modeling of significant conditions, programming of actions, estimation of results, regulatory flexibility, and independence. All features were considered as possible predictors of eating behavior. c. The Russian shortened version of the Perceived Stress Scale (Cohen et al., 1983; Cohen & Williamson, 1988). Data from first and second control groups were collected only for obtaining psychometric characteristics of the most common TFEQ versions. (2) Control group of 669 respondents provided data for 18-items TFEQ version, TFEQ-18-2004 (de Lauzon, B., Romon, M., Deschamps, V., Lafay, L., Borys, J.-M., Karlsson, J., Ducimetière, P., Charles, M. A., & Fleurbaix Laventie Ville Sante (FLVS) Study Group. (2004). The Three-factor eating questionnaire-R18 is able to distinguish among different eating patterns in a general population. The Journal of Nutrition, 134(9), 2372–2380. https://doi.org/10.1093/jn/134.9.2372) translated in Russian by native speakers. (3) Control group of 301 respondents provided data for the original 51-items TFEQ, invented by Stunkard & Messick (1985), translated into Russian by native speakers. So, the file dataset.xlsx contains sheets: - Respondents’ answers in numbers for every item of TFEQ-51-Ru-mod (for SEM, 213 respondents) - Scales values of TFEQ-Ru15, SRQM, and Perceived Stress Scale (for correlation analysis, 213 respondents) - Respondents’ answers in numbers for every item of TFEQ-18-2004 (669 respondents) - Respondents’ answers in numbers for every item of TFEQ-51-unst-intl (301 respondents) Other files content some results: Cronbach's alpha.xlsx This file contains scrutinized results of assessing Cronbach's alpha for all these diagnostic techniques. validation group correlations.xlsx This file contains detailed results for Rank order correlations between scales of TFEQ-Ru15, SRQM, and Perceived Stress Scale (experimental sample of 213 respondents) SEM.zip This archive contains files of structural models for all four TFEQ techniques: TFEQ-Ru15, TFEQ-51-Ru-mod, TFEQ-18-2004, and TFEQ-51-unst-intl, performed in IBM SPSS Amos 23.0. The datafiles for these models as Excel files situated in the same folders.
