This data was collected as part of the longitudinal 'Life Patterns' study based at the Youth Research Centre, the University of Melbourne. In Wave 8, 24 participants from the Wave 8 survey, aged about 29 years, were interviewed on the following topics: current and future work prospects; links between work and study; career aspirations; role of the family; factors in personal development; influences in life; and criteria for success.
