Ribosome analysis using nanopipettes - dataset

This dataset contains the entire data that was made use of for the paper titled "Ribosome fingerprinting with a solid-state nanopore" by Raveendran et al. All the ion current data obtained via nanopipette translocation experiments are provided in abf files along with an excel file containing the relevant source data for the figures in the paper. Additionally, the sucrose gradient centrifugation data for the various ribosome and polysome samples used in the study are also included. See the Readme.docx file for further description.
