The Centro de Investigación de Resiliencia y Riesgos Multi-Amenazas (CIRRMA) integrates:
Research: lines oriented to disaster risk mitigation.
Training: workshops, conferences, courses and seminars aimed at capacity building at various levels to build resilience in the Dominican Republic through education.
Outreach: community service for risk management at the local level.
CIRRMA has three seismographs that will be used in different research projects, which requires the implementation of the monitoring network.
