As SETBP1 is implicated in the direct modulation of transcription as a DNA binding protein with both promoting and repressive transcriptional activity, we studied its interaction with genomic DNA in Lin- hematopoietic precursors of SETBP-G870S mutated and control mice. To achieve this goal, we performed Cut & Run experiments using Lin- hematopoietic precursors of both SETBP1G870S as well as SETBP1LSL mice with anti-SETBP1, anti-V5 and control IgG antibodies.
