Version v1.1.0 adds the complete derived output of the frozen RPE1 natural-fluctuation source-anchor audit and the released source data for Supplementary Figure 5e–h, including target-level orientation, 200-permutation null values, oracle and training-only zero-shot projections, geometry, bootstrap, spectral, provenance and verdict tables. The third-party 240,774-cell RPE1 H5AD is not redistributed; its SHA-256 is recorded in the package. The publication topology remains six main figures and Supplementary Figures 1–11.
