The immune landscape of extramedullary AML remains largely uncharacterized. Here we performed single cell RNA sequencing on cryopreserved eAML samples to define the immune cell landscape and transcriptional profiles associated with extramedullary tropism. Overall design: Digestion of tissue biopsies, cryopreservation, thawing, resuspension in PBS with 0.04% BSA followed by 5' scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq using 10x Genomics platform
