COVID-19 Vaccine Adverse Event Reports (Israel, 2020–2024) – FOIA Release from Clalit Health Services

This dataset was released by Clalit Health Services, Israel’s largest state-mandated health organization (covering over 5 million members), on September 17, 2025, following repeated Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests submitted by the Community NGO of Givat Mordechai (Jerusalem).

The dataset contains 294,877 reports of adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination recorded between December 21, 2020, and December 27, 2024 (excluding two entries without specified events). The reports are categorized by date, gender, birthyear, vaccine dose, batch number, and adverse event code and description according to the official Nachlieli reporting system of the Ministry of Health (MOH).

The dataset covers a wide spectrum of reported reactions, from mild local or systemic effects (e.g., injection site pain, fever, headache) to serious neurological, cardiovascular, and other significant outcomes (e.g., thrombocytopenia, vascular or respiratory events).
