Dataset contains the results of the analysis of tocols and retinoids in milk and cheese by high-performance liquid chromatography. Total number of samples is 182. Dataset includes as categorical variables farm type, farm, dairy food type, and sample. As analytical variables, dataset includes contents of alpha-tcopherol, gamma-tocopherol, alpha-tocotrienol, beta-tocotrienol, retinyl palmitate and retinol.
