Abundance of bacteria in roots of maize wild types and lateral root mutants

To explore the abundance of genus Massilia on maize wild types and lateral root mutants under low and high nitrogen conditions, roots of maize wild types and lateral root mutants were sequenced via bacteria 16S rRNA gene V4 sequencing.
