Results are shown for all SNPs in genes with a gene- or SNP-level p-value<0.05; bp to previous represents distance in base pairs between SNPs; odds ratios, 95% confidence intervals and p-values from logistic regression analysis, adjusted for possible population structure (via principal components), study site, age, body mass index, hormone therapy, oral contraceptive use, number of live births, age at first live birth, and geographic region; per-allele odds ratios and tests for trend p-values based on an ordinal (log-additive) genotypic response; bold indicates p-value<0.05.
