Sensor Response Voltage Dataset for Gas Detection of Cold Chain Fruits and Vegetables Based on Physics-Informed Neural Network

This dataset contains the raw data supporting the findings of the paper "Research on Gas Detection and Recognition of Cold Chain Fruits and Vegetables Based on Physics-Informed Neural Network". The data includes the sensor response voltage signals corresponding to different concentrations of O₂ and NH₃ in cold chain environments, collected during the gas detection experiments. These raw data can be used to reproduce the gas detection and recognition results presented in the publication.
