The Porcine Anterior Segment OCT (PASO) dataset contains 141 raw and reconstructed (averaged) volume scans of ex-vivo porcine eyes, imaged with a microscope-integrated SS-OCT prototype, together with Python code for data loading, reconstruction and adjustable averaging. For a subset of 1020 scans from 19 porcine eye volumes, the dataset further offers annotations for Surgical Instrument Segmentation (SIS)
