Supplementary dataset for Ancient origins and global spread of domestic cat hepatitis B virus

Dataset for "Ancient origins and global spread of domestic cat hepatitis B virus" DOI: https://doi.org/10.1093/ve/veaf025 This dataset contains the raw data used in the analyses presented in the above manuscript. The following files are included: Host and hepadnavirus aligments (NEXUS format) used for co-evolutioanary analyses. XML files used in hypothesis testing ZIP archive containing hepadnavirus reads from the seven positive samples sequenced via high-throughput sequencing (HTS). The remaining two positive were sequenced using Sanger technology and are not included in this archive.
