Lower Public Awareness of Hidradenitis Suppurativa in U.S. Hispanic Populations

This repository contains the raw state-level dataset and supplementary figures used in the analysis of U.S. public awareness of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). Data include Google Trends state-level relative search interest scores (2004–2023) and corresponding demographic, socioeconomic, and health-related variables derived from U.S. Census and publicly available sources. Supplementary figures display Pearson correlation plots between HS search interest and key state-level variables, including smoking prevalence, obesity prevalence, racial and ethnic composition, and insurance status. These materials support the analyses and findings presented in the accompanying manuscript.
